Visitors will be asked to begin leaving the galleries 15 minutes before closing time.
The entire Museum or any of its galleries may exceptionally close outside the scheduled opening hours, with due notice to the public.

The Museum is free of charge. A donation of 3 € is requested for its upkee.

Most of the Museum spaces are adapted for people with reduced mobility. A lift connects the entrance to the Museum galleries. The lift has push buttons with braille marking.
There are adapted toilet facilities in the reception area, and a wheelchair is available for loan at the ticket office. Sorry, there is no staff assistance available around the Museum for wheelchair users.
The closest public parking spaces reserved for adapted vehicles are on Calle Montalbán 9, and Calle Alfonso XI 8 and 10.
Visually impaired people are allowed in accompanied by guide dogs.
