Near Cádiz there are two airports:

• Aeropuerto de Jérez (XRY) que dista 40 Kms de Cadiz y 10 Kms de Jérez.
• Aeropuerto de Sevilla (SVQ) que dista 125 Kms de Cádiz

Possibilities for transportation from the airports to Cádiz are as follows:

JEREZ AIRPORT – CADIZ

• Bus (Lines M-050 & M-051): The bus takes about 1 hour and 15 minutes from the Airport to Cádiz. Monday to Friday, there are twelve daily trips from 06:30 to 22:30. Saturday, Sunday and on bank holidays there are only six trips a day.
• Only Taxi: You can get a taxi at the airport for taking you to Cádiz (40 km). It is the most comfortable possibilities but the more expensive. The travel takes about 30-40 minutes.
• Taxi + Train: You can get a taxi from the airport to the Jerez de la Frontera Railway Station (10 km) where you can catch a train to Cádiz. Trains from Jerez to Cádiz depart hourly (approx.). The train takes about 50 minutes, but you have to add the time you have to wait at the Railway Station.
• Rent a Car:There is a highway connecting Jerez to Cádiz. A car trip from the airport to Cádiz takes about 30-40 minutes.

SEVILLA AIRPORT – CADIZ

The recommended connection between Sevilla Airport and Cádiz is by train. Yo can get from the airport to Sevilla Railway Station (Santa Justa) by bus or taxi:

• Bus + Train: The bus takes no longer than 15 minutes from the airport to Santa Justa Railway Station .There are trains with a 30 minutes frequency (approx.) and the train from Sevilla to Cádiz takes about 1h 45m. Overall it takes about 2 or 3 hours.
• Taxi + Train: If you do not wish to take the bus, you can make the trip from the airport to the Railway Station by taxi.
• Rent a Car:You can take the regular road or the toll highway. The former is about 1h 50m from the airport to Cádiz, and the latter is about 1h 30m.
