Guided tours

The museum offers the possibility of organizing group visits in the following categories:

Guided tours by cultural volunteers (with prior booking)
School group visits (with prior booking)
Group visits with their own guide (with prior booking)
Other visits (without prior booking)

Guided tours by cultural volunteers

The Museum provides a free guided tour service, offered altruistically by cultural volunteers who are members of the CEATE confederation. Prior booking is required for these tours..

Visits to the permanent exhibition take place from Tuesday to Friday between 10:00 and 12:30, and at 16:00.
Visits to the temporary exhibition take place from Tuesday to Friday between 10:00 and 12:30, and at 16:00..
Groups must consist of a minimum of 8 visitors.
To request a visit, you must fill out the "application form for guided tour bookings by cultural volunteers" and send it by email to the Museum's Booking Department: reservas_museonaval@fn.mde.es.
The request must be submitted at least 15 days in advance, but no more than 2 months , before the requested date for the visit.
On the form, you may select, in order of preference, the three time slots that best suit your availability.
Once your request is received, the Museum's Booking Department will send you an email with the confirmation of the time assigned to your group.
You must present the confirmation sent to your email on the day of your visit to the museum.
In the event of being unable to attend a scheduled visit, please request its cancellation as far in advance as possible to avoid unnecessary travel for our volunteer guides who provide this service for free.
The Naval Museum reserves the right to modify or cancel visits when circumstances prevent their proper development.

VOLUNTEER VISIT FORM

School group visits

The Naval Museum offers the possibility of self-guided school visits for groups of students led by their teachers. Prior booking is required for these visits.

Visits to the permanent exhibition can be made from Tuesday to Friday at the following times: 12:30, 13:00, 16:30, 17:00.
Visits to the temporary exhibition can be made from Tuesday to Friday at the following times: 10:00, 12:30, 13:00, 16:30, 17:00.
Los grupos estarán formados por un máximo de 15 visitantes. Si el número de personas es superior se formarán dos o más grupos.

GROUP WITH GUIDE VISIT FORM

4. Other visits: Guided tours of the permanent and temporary exhibitions for the public without a reservation

A guided tour by cultural volunteers is offered for individual visitors. These visits to the permanent and temporary exhibitions do not require prior booking.

Visits to the permanent exhibition take place on Thursdays, Saturdays, and Sundays at 11:30.
Visits to the temporary exhibition take place on Saturdays and Sundays at 11:30.
Groups will be formed by the visitors present in the museum's welcome area at those times.

Important Note: Weekend guided tours are only managed through the Naval Museum website, via the official form on this page. Bookings made through other channels will not be accepted.
