Departure of the vehicles to competition áreas:
Model Event: The vehicles will leave at 0800h
Middle and Long Distance Race: The first vehicle will leave at 0630h, 2h30’ before the start of the first runner (0900h)
Sprint Relay: The first vehicle will leave at 0745h, the last one at 0800h
Relay Race: The first vehicle’s group will leave at 0630h, the second one at 0715h
The use of official transport to the competition is mandatory.
The VIP staff housed in the Cartagena Residence will be transported to the competition area.
The preliminary and enlarged meeting will take place in the TERLEV meeting room. A maximum of 3 PAX per Delegation may attend.
