Under command of a Judge Advocate General, it is an advisory body to the AJEMA for legal and judicial issues. The extension of legal advice within the Navy to other authorities and commands is carried out through legal sections, which are organizationally dependent on the Legal Advice's Office of the Spanish Navy.
