The Support Elements to the Organic Action (OAAO) are responsible for providing the necessary services and support to the different departments within the structure of the Spanish Navy. As experts, they advise the Staff about their respective policies.
These are the OAAO:
- Head Office of Information and Telecommunications Systems (JECIS).
- The Central Naval Security Section (SSNC).
