The Non-Commissioned Officers’ School is located north of the city of San Fernando (Cádiz). The present facilities were purchased by the Spanish Navy between 1775 and 1785. The neoclassical Charles III Building was completed in 1798. It has 5 patios; the central one, of circular shape, is covered by a stained-glass supported by eight Ionic columns. The staircase leading to the main courtyard is decorated with 17th century Delft Blue tiles.
